Can you really handle my books if you've never seen my shop?
Yes. Every transaction, receipt, invoice, and reconciliation lives in the cloud. What we need is access to your accounts and a conversation about how you run jobs — neither one requires a drive.
What software do I need?
QuickBooks Online. If you're on desktop, spreadsheets, or nothing at all, we handle the migration as part of onboarding and set the chart of accounts up correctly for a job-based business from the start.
We operate in more than one state. Does that change anything?
It changes how we structure tracking — jobs and payroll get tagged by state so multi-state activity is clearly separated for whoever handles your filings. It doesn't change your pricing tier by itself; transaction volume and job count drive that.
What are your hours if I'm on the West Coast?
Posted hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm Central. Calls get scheduled around your time zone, and email gets answered outside those hours more often than not.
Do you offer tax preparation?
No. We handle financial operations — bookkeeping, job costing, monthly close, and reporting — and we work alongside your CPA or tax preparer. Clean books make their job cheaper and their advice better.
