We handle the financial operations side — bookkeeping, job costing, reconciliations, monthly reporting, and payroll coordination. We are not a CPA firm and we don't file your returns. What we do is hand your CPA books that are already clean, closed, and defensible, which usually makes their bill smaller.
How fast can you clean up a year of messy books?
It depends on volume and how much documentation survived, but most catch-up projects land in a few weeks. We scope it up front with a flat number so there's no open-ended hourly meter running.
